We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products. All online sales are final.
SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case you receive products with some discoloration that will not be considered a damage item since that might be a result of a pre-treatment solution that we apply on our DTG shirts/sweatshits which is an industry-wide expectation in order for the print to last longer. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
When unpacking a new T-Shirt or Sweatshirt with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
